Overview

Virtue is a smooth-driving display and score app from Fall Soft. The app uses motion sensor data on the device to render the driving display and calculate driving-session scores. Raw motion samples are processed locally and are not stored or uploaded.

Data Collected By The Android App

The Android app sends first-party analytics events to vir2.us so we can understand installs, opens, app update delivery, Ozzz link opens, and aggregate drive-session behavior. Those events may include the app package name, app version, Android SDK version, device manufacturer, device model, locale, update status, and drive-session summary values such as score and event counts.

The Android app does not send advertising IDs, precise location, raw accelerometer samples, contact lists, photos, messages, or account credentials. The app does not create a persistent analytics device ID.

Data Collected By The iOS App

The current iOS app stores calibration, display mode, and score state locally on the device. It does not transmit analytics, motion samples, or score data to Fall Soft.

Website Data

The vir2.us website records first-party, no-cookie events such as page views, download clicks, Android app downloads, support checkout starts, and hardware request submissions. Hardware request forms collect the name, email address, quantity, and notes you submit so we can respond to the request.

Support purchases are processed by Stripe. Payment card details are handled by Stripe and are not stored by Virtue or Fall Soft.

How Data Is Used

We use collected data to operate Virtue, measure distribution health, diagnose update issues, improve app quality, respond to support and hardware requests, and maintain security. We do not sell personal data and do not use collected data for third-party advertising or cross-app tracking.

Retention And Deletion

Analytics and request records are retained only as long as they are useful for operating and improving Virtue. You can request deletion of information associated with a hardware request or support contact by emailing privacy@vir2.us.

Security

App and website requests use HTTPS. Production secrets, analytics, and order records are stored outside the public web bundle.
